Cancellation & Refund Information

1. Class Cancellation: You may cancel your class registration up to 12 days before the scheduled class date for a full refund. No cancellations or refunds will be processed after this period due to the advance ordering of flowers.

2. Physical Product Orders: Orders for physical products, such as Ikebana containers, tools, and books, cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Returns Information

1. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Restocking & Order Processing Fee: Due to high shipping costs and inventory management, there is a 20% restocking and order processing fee for all returns of physical products. Please ensure that you are certain of your selections before making payment.

3. Return Process:

  • Contact us at JoeR@createNcraft.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged Items
