Your help cleaning up the room would be greatly appreciated. We must leave the room and have it look great by 6PM.
The lesson is held at the Yokoso Center, 1175 Old Henderson Rd, Columbus, Ohio 43220.
Options
There are 2 different options to choose from:
(1) You bring your own container and kenzans. The container should be a long, narrow container. The ideal container has an opening that is about 14-17” long and about 3” wide. You need 3 kenzan that will fit in the container.
(2) You can borrow a container and kenzans from Joe. There are only a limited number of containers and kenzans available to borrow.
-A long narrow container. The ideal container has an opening that is about 14-17” long and about 3” wide.
-3 kenzans that will fit inside your container. Please bring what you have.
-Flower scissors or clippers
-Hand towel
-Paper and pen (to take notes)
-Small bucket (to carry your flowers home with you)
If you don’t have a suitable container or tools, some are available to use on loan during the lesson. Quantities are limited, and you must arrange to borrow items in advance by selecting that option when you purchase your seat. Please contact Joe Rotella (614.537.7077 or by email) if you have questions.
One-Row Form (Narabu-Katachi) expresses the rhythmical beauty of an arrangement where the three Yaku-eda are arranged horizontally in a row at varying heights and spacing.
